- Challenge
- Petkim's Aliağa Port required two new floating piers, named AY and YILDIZ, and the scope went well beyond production alone: it covered design, stability calculation, manufacture, flag registration and transportation to the port, all under one contract. A floating pier at an active industrial port has to satisfy structural and stability requirements before it can be registered and put into service, and coordinating design, build and registration in sequence, without one stage stalling the next, was the core of the project.

- YEKE delivered the complete scope for both piers: stability calculations to establish the design was sound before production began, manufacture of the piers, their flag registration, and their transport to Petkim's Aliağa Port, managing every stage as one continuous handover rather than separate contracts.
- Outcome
- Both floating piers, AY and YILDIZ, were delivered to Petkim Aliağa Port in 15 days from order to arrival, with design, stability sign-off, production, registration and transport all completed inside that window.
