Yeke Uysal Industrial Area sits in Çavuşçiftliği, in the Altınova district of Yalova, a facility built around hangars designed for the production and supply sector. Spread across 11,500 square metres of land and 8,000 square metres of enclosed space, it comprises 21 workshops and one boat yard.
Ceiling height reaches 12.5 metres in the standard workshops and rises to 20 metres in the boat yard section, giving enough working volume for the production, maintenance and repair of large vessels and structures. Every hangar has its own crane infrastructure, a separate WC, and a removable front facade between 10 and 12.5 metres wide, so large equipment and work pieces can move in and out without interrupting production. A 20 metre wide internal road was planned to comfortably handle heavy vehicle traffic.
Location is one of the project's strongest advantages. The facility sits within Yalova's Shipyards Zone (Tersaneler Bölgesi), just 5 minutes from the Osmangazi Bridge, an advantage in time and cost for both maritime companies and manufacturers who need direct access to regional logistics.
