Founded in 1996 in Tuzla, İstanbul, Yeke Denizcilik A.Ş. is the group's founding company. It delivers integrated ship services covering ship supply, ship repair, port agency, customs and marine engineering, keeping vessels moving in Turkish and international waters.

Yeke Gulf (legally Gulf Marine and Trading Company LLC) is the Oman based venture of Yeke Group of Companies, and 50 percent of its shares are held by an Omani partners. The company was founded not only for marine services but also to grow the volume of import and export trade between Oman and both Turkey and the European Union, and to develop new projects across different sectors within Oman. Thanks to its local partnership it has direct access to the region's business culture, regulations and commercial networks, so it carries Yeke's maritime experience into the Gulf while building a reliable trade and investment bridge between the Omani economy and the Turkish and European markets.

Yeke Marine Services Malta Ltd. carries the group flag in the heart of the Mediterranean. From its base on Malta, one of the busiest yachting and shipping hubs of the region, the company brings fine carpentry and joinery to yachts and boats, delivers ship supply to vessels calling at Maltese ports, develops projects across the wider maritime field and works to grow the commercial ties between Türkiye and Malta. Behind it stands the experience of a group that has served ships since 1996, and in front of it one of the most demanding markets in the Mediterranean.
